LANGLEY, BC- In a community, recreational lands are enjoyed and frequented by both local and distant visitors. The Redwoods Golf Course is a designated green space and is preserved as such by the city ofLangley. Redwoods Golf Course is home to over 70 unique bird species. In recognition of the critical role that our green space plays, The Redwoods Golf Course and Pitney Bowes have joined forces and on Thursday April 21 Pitney Bowes Sales, Service and administrative staff from the Vancouver office will work with Redwoods to Plant Trees, clean / repair bird houses and assist with general cleaning of the environmentally sensitive areas throughout the grounds.

In dedication to the land we live and abuse; Earth Day gives us great opportunity to make an impact on our recreational areas and our community cleanliness. The deciduous trees and bushes lose their foliage and create a layer allowing litter to find a place that much easier. On earth day we are able to create awareness and show appreciation for our natural environment.

Pitney Bowes Does More (www.pbdoesmore.ca) goes far beyond products and services offered coast-to-coast by a dedicated team of service professionals.  On Earth day Pitney Bowes and Redwoods will help give back to the communities we live in.
